Policies, Terms and Conditions:

The shipping method you choose does not affect order processing time. The shipping method is the method of delivery only. Normal order processing time can take up to 72 hours but we will process orders as quickly as possible.

Purchase Policy

By purchasing products from Freedom Vapes you certify and agree that you are over 18 years of age and that products purchased from Freedom Vapes are to be used solely by persons over the age of 18. You will also be required to verify age at any age in which a product is purchased. You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from Freedom Vapes. Freedom Vapes will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from Freedom Vapes. Products sold by Freedom Vapes have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease.

Credit Cards We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order.

Multiple Product Orders For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for all products at time of purchase. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if an order is split into multiple shipments.

Order Acceptance Policy Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Freedom Vapes reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON E_LIQUID.

NO WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS OR CARTOMIZERS

EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGNAL PART IS RETURNED TO US AND EVALUATED. SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO FREEDOM VAPES.

THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 14 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT.

For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, Please contact us from our contact page at freedom-vapes.com or e-mail us at sales@freedom-vapes.com.

Products that are functional, not sold by Freedom Vapes, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.

Eligibilty for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failuire. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Freedom Vapes are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

E-Liquid Policy and Warning

Warning: E-Liguids contain the highly addictive drug Nicotine. Nicotine may cause births defect and if you are pregnant exposure to nicotine is not recommended.

Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.

Fulfillment Errors

Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by Freedom Vapes resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order.

Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.

Catridges and Cartomizer Refund/Return Policy

Cartomizers and cartridges have no warranty and all purchases are final on these products.

Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure

We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible. Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a like product of equal or greater value, or provide a refund at our discretion.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Freedom Vapes or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Missing and Delayed shipments We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible.

Taxes

Freedom Vapes shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Freedom Vapes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
